Julia and her friend didnt have any experience with the motorhome before and they we not able to adapt and they need a lot of assitence during the trip, they complain about the fridge that was not working, but they did give it the time to the fridge to refrigerating, they also damage the camper in two parts removing the black water cap and the corner in the back and they didnt recognise the damages, I could not really reccomend them.

Fuimos una amiga y yo a pasar una semana por los dolomitas. La caravana es del año 1996 y tiene evidentes desperfectos. Stef se mostró siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos pero tuvimos problemas diversos. La batería de 12V no es suficiente para que funcionen ni los enchufes ni la nevera por lo que te obliga a ir a campings y conectar la van a la luz. Además, las ventanas no se abrían correctamente, no había nórdico para arroparte por las noches y tuvimos que comprar uno aparte, tuvimos serios problemas para limpiar las aguas negras... Recomendaría esta caravana si tu intención es hacer un viaje tranquilo pensando en ir a campings, pero no está pensada para hacer un viaje más exigente en la montaña.

Response from Stefania owner:  Julia and her friend had no experience with the motorhome and required assistance during the trip. They complained about the fridge not working, but they didn't give it enough time to cool down, as it takes a few hours with solar panels. They had problems to remove the black waters because they never did it before,and they damaged it,removing completely the cover, They also damaged the camper in the outside back corner but failed to acknowledge the damages. I would not recommend them as guests.

Experiencia genial. La furgoneta estaba nueva y muy bien equipada. La cama era cómoda y la calefacción funcionó perfectamente. Ideal para dos personas.
