Hello, I am a travel and vanlife enthusiast. I work in digital arts and multimedia. I have lived and worked abroad extensively and returned to my hometown, Vicenza, a few years ago... a great location for camper road trips in Italy and Europe.

I converted this Ford Tourneo Custom into a camper project during lockdown. The vehicle is registered in 2017, (Diesel, 8 seats, Euro 6B, 4.7m in length) and is in excellent condition.

All interior furnishings are modular and removable. It is equipped with a chemical toilet, washbasin with tanks for clean water and waste water, outdoor shower, mobile solar panel, auxiliary battery with 220 V inverter and USB sockets, rear awning, roof rack, mobile side awning, self-inflating double bed, cooker with gas bottle, basic kitchen equipment, heated front seats, camping table/chairs, etc.

Please be aware of the following restrictions or limitations:

  • Smoking is not permitted inside the van

  • The side awning must be fitted manually (not roll-out).

  • There is no air conditioning when parked and the cabin side windows do not roll down (only a few inches of side opening), so if it is hot it is best to be parked in a safe area/camping where you can open the rear awning and leave the front windows down to circulate air.

  • I have mosquito nets that can be fitted magnetically to the outside of the front windows and main side door, I often sleep with all these open.

  • There is no heating (webasto)

  • There is a camping fridge (about 25 litres) that can be switched on while driving and then connected to the mains

  • Bear in mind that although it is super-cool and fully functional, it is still a DIY project with all the little imperfections that can result! :)

All interior furnishings are modular and removable. It is equipped with a chemical toilet, washbasin with clean water and waste water tanks, outside shower, mobile solar panel, auxiliary battery with 220 V inverter, rear awning, hoist bars, mobile side awning, self-inflating double bed, cooker with gas cylinder, basic kitchen equipment, heated front seats, camping table/chairs ... a hammock ... and if you want you can also have a very nice inflatable kayak with electric pump loaded onboard (extra fee to be negotiated separately)! Ho vissuto e lavorato molto all'estero e da qualche anno sono tornato alla mia città natale, Vicenza... un'ottima posizione per roadtrips in camper in Italia e in Europa. Ho camperizzato questo Ford Tourneo Custom come progetto durante il lockdown. Il mezzo è immatricolato nel 2017, (Diesel, Euro 6B, 4,7m di lunghezza) ed è in eccellenti condizioni. Tutto l'arredo interno è modulare e smontabile. E' dotato di wc chimico, lavandino con taniche d'acqua pulita e di scarico, doccia esterna, pannello solare mobile, batteria ausiliaria con inverter 220 V, veranda posteriore, barre montacarichi, tendalino laterale mobile, letto matrimoniale autogonfiante, fornello con bombola, attrezzatura di base per cucina, sedili anteriori riscaldati, tavolino e sediue da campeggio... amaca.. e se vi serve vi carico anche un kayak gonfiabile con pompa elettrica (costo di noleggio da negoziare separatamente)
