What you can find at VANema!

First of all... safety!

• There is a first aid kit, and two fire blankets under the benches against the wall. There is a fire extinguisher behind the passenger seat.

• There are two exterior cameras that you will have access to so you can always check your surroundings. (you will have control over them and you can turn them off if you prefer, we recommend that you only turn them on at night or when you are away from VANema for a longer period of time.)

• Front and reverse camera for greater comfort when driving.​

Cleaning

• Broom, dustpan and mop behind the passenger and driver seats!

Comfort

• Equipped with two solar panels with 200W each that will allow you to camp wherever you want without needing to connect to the electricity grid!

• Water reservoir with 90L capacity.

• VANema has a boiler to guarantee the comfort of a short hot shower!

• A refrigerator with 48L capacity.

• Next to the headboard you have a USB and USB-C socket

• Next to the table you also have a USB and USB-C socket

• There are two regular EU outlets (max. 1000W) each with USB and USB-C outputs in the kitchen

• Double bed measuring 190 x 140cm

• Clean water tank and gray water tank status monitor

• Battery status monitor

• Chemical toilet (no smells)

• Skylight with blackout and mosquito net

• Blackouts for all windows

• A folding stool/step (stowed behind the driver's seat)

• Two leveling steps for the van to stay leveled in steeper parking lots

The van rental does not include any linen and towels.

It can be included for an additional fee of 120€.

(includes: 2 pillows and their pillowcases, 1 duvet and duvet bag, 1 adjustable bottom sheet, 1 blanket, two bath towels, two hand towels, two beach towels, one bath mat)

It also does not include consumable products such as coal, gas cylinders, water bottles, etc...

You can purchase gas cylinders at €5 each from the start, and we will refund the value if you don't use them.

Rules for using VANema

• It is prohibited to smoke or light candles inside the van.

  • The van is completely covered in varnished wood.

  • If there is smell of tobacco, vaping, or other substances inside the van, an extra €500 will be charged for the days it must remain idle until the smell is eliminated.

• The van must be returned with the gray water tank and toilet cassette emptied.

  • Both disposals must be made in appropriate places, the contents of the toilet cassette can be emptied into a normal toilet with a sewage connection.

  • Dirty water tanks are located underneath the van.

• The price includes a 100km package per rental day. You can choose a 200km per day package, for an additional price of €10 per day.  Extra km will be charged at €0.50 per additional km.

​

• The van is not suitable for off-road use.

​

• Improper use of the van will be legally and criminally charged to the driver and/or offender.

​

• The van is equipped with a tracking system and has 2 exterior surveillance cameras installed with an exclusive Wi-Fi connection. Access to the cameras will be given and there is always the possibility of putting them in offline mode.

​

• The VANema must be returned with a full fuel tank (diesel).

​

• The VANema must be delivered on the day and time agreed upon when booking. We will possibly have another reservation the following day and it will be necessary to check the condition of the van and clean it.

​

• The VANema must be delivered in the same general condition as it was rented.

Failure to comply with any of the standards or damage done to the van will result in a fine of €50 per item not complied with, in addition to the cost involved.
