The vehicle cannot be picked up until full payment and retention of the security excess has been made. The amount of the excess is set at 1500 € and can be paid in cash or by credit card. For the car with roof tent the security excess is 600€. Upon receipt of the vehicle, the amount of the excess will be blocked from the driver's card, which will cover any damage or loss of the vehicle and its equipment during the rental period. The guarantee will be fully refunded at the end of the rental if no damage is found. The release of the amount can take up to 14 days depending on the bank issuing the card. Our company does not accept debit cards to bind the security deposit amount. Our company has the right to claim compensation for damages even five working days after the delivery of the vehicle by the renter, because it takes time to examine all the components of the vehicle. The amount of the security excess covers the liability for the renter's obligations arising from any accident or damage as well as any additional expenses (traffic violations, emptying the toilet, filling the fuel tank, etc.). The renter is fully liable and obliged to compensate in full the amount of the guarantee for any damage not covered by the relevant insurance policy, even it exceeds the amount of the insurance guarantee.

Asistencia en carretera
En caso de inmovilización del vehículo por avería o incidente, serás atendido por la asistencia que te proporciona el propietario. Un número dedicado te permitirá contactar con la empresa de asistencia y te informará de los pasos a seguir.

Pago seguro
Cuando realizas el pago en Yescapa, la remuneración del propietario del vehículo se conserva en la plataforma hasta el día después del comienzo de tu alquiler. El propietario te recibe el día de salida para preparar tus primeros pasos con su vehículo y si todo va bien, unos días más tarde, el propietario recibe el importe de su remuneración.

Garantía de salida
Si no puedes iniciar tu alquiler debido a una avería del vehículo o por un motivo relacionado con el propietario, nuestro equipo te ofrecerá vehículos alternativos que cumplan con tus criterios de viaje, o recibirás un reembolso completo.
