Our van Renault Trafic was rented to Carlota and Nil. Photographs were taken on the day of the initial condition of the van. The contract was made digitally and sent later the same day, the lessee who ended up not signing and never sent it back to me.

The deposit payment was made by transfer and paid by the boyfriend, Nil

On the second day, out of bad greeting and no respect for the van, they managed to pull the side door, ending up leaving and unclipping it in the gutter....instead of calling me right away, they didn't. After 4 hours they called me to tell me what had happened and they went to our address at 9 pm in order to repair it.

Once the repair was done, they thanked me immensely and told me they were enjoying the experience.

Never revealing any anomaly, gearbox windows etc the check out day arrived. The moment I did it I found that there was a deep scratch, in the middle of the two panels, on the side of the driver's side.

I asked if they were aware and said they had seen it that morning.

Making perfect sense, I told them that I would keep the deposit, in order to ask our workshop for a quote.

I sent the quote to Carlota, in the amount of repair and painting of €183.50 total price and agreed to pay, sending the IBAN immediately, to refund the difference.

The same Campervan was rented after that lease 2 times and nobody told me about the gearbox as well as the windows and water inside the van.

El viaje chulisimo, pero la furgoneta no mantiene las ventanas arriba, entra agua cuando llueve, el cuentakilómetros va saltando de velocidad en velocidad, la tercera marcha salta durante la conducción. Se nos cayó la puerta en Sintra de camino al Algarve y no nos dieron otra solucion que volver hasta Lisboa otra vez para arreglarla, lo que hizo que no pudiesemos aprovechar el pack de kms extra que ya habíamos pagado. Las reparaciones estan hechas en un taller domiciliado en el mismo sitio que la empresa de alquiler, así que el precio del arreglo esta fijado por la misma empresa.
