Perfect caravan for relaxing holidays. Suitable for four persons, with two double beds, a large bathroom with a shower, smoke extractor to cook and general heating. Suitable for parking wherever you wish, either in the coutry or in a city. It has a holder for four bicycles. 

The vehicle will be parked in a private property, guarded 24 hour a day.

The caravan can be handed or returned anyplace according to what suits you the best. A budget will be given.

The reservation includes:

- Tablets for the WC

Prices of rentals:

Low season (January to May and October to December) – Minimum rental: 3 days

Middle season (June and September) – Minimum rental: 5 days

High season (July and August) – Minimum rental: 6 days

COVID-19:

Due to the evolution of the pandemics, we adopt the OMS and the platform Yescapa recommendations. We guarantee a complete desinfection of the caravan before handing it to our customers. We will use the adequate products for it. We assure a period of 24 hours between the rentals.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:

Check-in: 10H30.

Check-out: 18H30.

At the check-in the caravan will be clean, filled with petrol and with the right level of water.

At the check-out the caravan should be cleaned and filled with petrol.

The caravan must be returned by the customer in good driving and general condition. If not, compensation will demanded, according to the following table:

DEPOSIT:

The amount of 800 euros (cash, MBWay or VERSE) that will be returned, if there are no problems, at the check-out. 

The customer must return the caravan working perfectly and clean, the tank filled up, the wc cartridge empty and clean, residual waters changed; the caravan must be generally clean, in the same condition as it was before. If not, the owner will demand compensation, according to the following table:

BAIL:

800€, cash, MBWay or VERSE, that will be returned after the check out and after checking the use of Via Verde. If there are problems the bail will be returned after being solved.

The amount includes insurance and technical support, 24 hours a day.

EXTRAS AT THE CUSTOMER’S REQUEST

Bed shits kit: 15€ per bed

Towels: 10€  per person

Internet Hotspot, without traffic limit: under previous calculation;

Bicycles: under previous calculation;

Bodyboard: under previous calculation;

Baby chairs: under previous calculation
