Terri the Camper
Terri is a classic 1979 v dub that we’ve inherited and love dearly.
She is well equipped with everything you need for a road trip adventure! (Although we recommend you bring a speaker for maximum road trip vibes)
She has two comfy seats in the front that have been fitted with seatbelts but like many vehicles of her era, the back bench seat has no belts. For this reason, it’s illegal to have kids under three ride in the back. (Sorry!)
The back bench seat folds out into a double bed and the other two beds are fold out bunks in the pop top which can sleep an adult comfortably.
The transmission takes some getting used to and best suits experienced manual drivers.
As Terri is a classic vehicle we are very strict on the daily km limit. We found out the hard way that too far too fast can be hazardous for her. A leisurely approach is best.
We’ve seen a lot of this beautiful country with Terri and we’d be delighted to share some tips and favourite spots!
COVID-19: Terri is thoroughly cleaned in between each rental, including germ killer, to reduce the risk of cross-infection.

Con más de 30 días de antelación, recibirás el reembolso del 70% del importe del alquiler, excluyendo el coste del seguro del alquiler y los gastos de gestión.

Con menos de 30 días de antelación, ningún reembolso es posible. El importe total del alquiler deberá ser abonado.

Anulación flexible por motivos de fuerza mayor
Si no puedes viajar por un motivo de fuerza mayor, puedes beneficiarte de condiciones de anulación más flexibles. De esta forma podrás posponer tu viaje sin ningún coste.
El importe correspondiente a la parte del propietario te será reembolsado en un plazo de diez días tras la anulación. El importe restante permanecerá como crédito de alquiler y podrá ser utilizado para una futura reserva para cualquier vehículo de la plataforma.

We had such a great experience with Caitlin and Adam and Jerri the Camper. They were incredibly helpful with all questions and issues. One small warning though, if you intend to use the upstairs camp beds bring a spare sleeping bag as there's only one set of bedding. Super comfortable week away nonetheless and the camper is well equipped for some wild camping around Scotland!!

I had the most amazing trip in this van! Adam and Caitlin were very easy to communicate with and very helpful with every part of the process. The vehicle itself is beautiful and was just as advertised. The inside was very comfortable and all the camping stuff worked perfectly. I did have a mechanical issue one night but the emergency roadside coverage included with the rental got me back on the road the next morning and then I had no other issues. It would definitely be best to have experience driving vintage vehicles like this because there is no power steering and the handling is much different than modern vehicles. Overall the entire experience was immensely enjoyable and I would fully recommend it!

Had a brilliant week with Terri driving all over the highlands! Wonderful classic vehicle that added such character to our trip. Perfect for a couple's trip, with comfy bed, cooking equipment, etc. Caitlin and Adam were very helpful and responsive both in advance of and during the trip. We did have a couple of minor issues with the vehicle but nothing too serious, and can only be expected for a vehicle of this kind. Overall would definitely recommend! Big thanks Caitlin and Adam

We had a fantastic trip touring the western coast of Scotland in Adam and Caitlin's campervan. The van is decked out beautifully with stove, cooking equipment and bedding making it a perfect way to explore and camp. Caitlin was very responsive and answered any queries we had very quickly. The campervan is iconic and we can't wait to do it again.
